Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with MOHESR Equivalency
• Engineer's License from Abu Dhabi Municipality
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling in the UAE.

Knowledge/Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be an added advantage

• Develop detailed project schedules and work programs using planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track project milestones.
• Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions and mitigation plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Track project resources, productivity, and performance indicators.
• Assist in tender planning, resource planning, and manpower forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
