Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of estimation experience in civil works for substation or similar infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of UAE tendering procedures, specifications, and local market rates.
Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant bid submissions.
