Oversee and guide all commercial and contract administration activities to ensure alignment with company policies, safety standards, and strategic goals.
Safeguard the company’s financial and contractual interests through proactive risk management, claims handling, and effective contract execution across project lifecycles.
Conduct regular project reviews to identify and resolve contractual issues, ensuring adherence to prime and subcontract terms.
Support tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and bid/no-bid assessments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations on contractual matters.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate contract administration staff while developing standardized procedures and training programs.
